Ryan Sadler is CEO and Plan President for Passport by Molina Healthcare. He is responsible for managing the healthcare needs of more than 300,000 Kentuckians and has more than 16 years of leadership experience, including executive level positions at multiple Medicaid health plans across the United States, as well as directing various business development activities across the country and overseeing innovative healthcare provider partnerships.

 Mr. Sadler graduated with degrees in International Business and Spanish from Spring Hill College, a law degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he was Developmental Editor of the Law Journal, and an MBA from Columbia University, where he was the commencement speaker.

 Mr. Sadler serves on several Boards and Committees for various organizations throughout Kentucky. He and his wife, Haley, live in Louisville with their three young children.

Paige Franklin Mankovich currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Market President of Aetna Better Health of Kentucky. Paige began her tenure with Aetna in the fall of 2017, when she took the position of plan compliance officer. After serving in several leadership roles, including chief of staff and Chief Operating Officer, Paige became the Chief Executive Officer in October 2021. During her time with Aetna, Paige has been the architect of two successful procurements, including securing the sole contract to administer the Commonwealth’s first of its kind Supporting Kentucky Youth (SKY) contract, serving Kentucky’s children who are impacted by the child welfare and juvenile justice systems. Paige serves on many national committees within the Aetna organization that are focused on transforming healthcare and improving the lives of Medicaid members both in Kentucky and across the country. 

 Locally, Paige serves on the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Foundation Board of Directors, is a member of the Chamber’s Recovery Task Force, and is the 2023 Chairwoman for the Louisville Chapter of the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women Luncheon.

Corey Ewing currently serves as Plan President and CEO for Wellcare of Kentucky and has been in that role just over a year.  He came to Wellcare of Kentucky from MHS Indiana where he served as the health plan’s Chief Operating Officer. Ewing has over 20 years experience in healthcare, with 18 of those in hospital administration, with the last 8 as a hospital CEO.  He started his career in nurse staffing and then spent several years in supply chain management.  He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from The University of Alabama.

Jeb Duke is the Regional President of Kentucky Medicaid at Humana, Inc., a leading health care company that offers a wide range of insurance products and health and wellness services that incorporate an integrated approach to lifelong well-being. In this role, he is responsible for Kentucky Health plans operations, strategy, clinical programs, external relationships and plan performance.  Jeb has 15 years of experience in the Healthcare industry with a focus on Operations, Product Implementation and Program Management. Jeb also currently services as the Chairman of the Kentucky Association of Health Plans and is a Board Member of the Kentucky Chamber. He has an undergraduate and master’s degree in business administration from the University of Kentucky. Jeb education and qualifications also include an accounting certificate from the University of Louisville, Project Management Certification and Six Sigma. Prior to coming to Humana he was serving in the in the United State Marine Corps.

Kevin Everwine is Vice President, Health Partner with CareSource has a background in finance with over 25 years of experience in the industry working for Humana, Anthem, Aetna, JenCare and currently CareSource.  His experience has focused on standing up Medicaid plans, managing Medicare populations, identifying and implementing cost of care initiatives and driving employee engagement. Kevin joined CareSource in December of 2018 and is Vice President of Health Partners where he supports Kentucky, West Virginia and North Carolina. He is on the Executive Board and Treasurer at Neighborhood House in Louisville Kentucky.  Kevin received his bachelor’s degree from Sullivan University in business with a concentration in account and holds an MBA from Indiana University Southeast.

Krista Hensel is the CEO at the Community Plan of Kentucky in the Medicaid business for United Healthcare. 

Krista brings over 20 years of experience in the health care industry. She joined United Health Group in 2005 and has held leadership roles across the enterprise. In her most recent experience as a Client Partner for Optum Advisory Services, Krista helped the largest clients craft and execute solutions for their challenges and opportunities, creatively combining products and consulting solutions across the portfolio of UnitedHealth Group companies. Krista has also led sales strategy and planning for the United Healthcare Medicare and Retirement teams. She also led network development and population health for one of UnitedHealth Group’s innovations – Harken Health, an integrated primary care and insurance offering for the individual exchange market.   

 Krista has completed UnitedHealth Group’s Executive Development Program and General Manager program.  In 2010 Krista was recognized with the enterprise’s Living the Mission award for her work in the community, including chairing the board of the Allina Hospice Foundation.    

 Krista earned both a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity University (San Antonio, TX). Krista also holds a Masters of Business Administration from Kellogg, Northwestern University and a certificate of financial valuation from the London School of Economics.

Leon D Lamoreaux is an executive with 39 years’ experience in the health care industry.  Twenty-eight (28) of those years dedicated to health insurance industry leadership and the past 16 years have been in the government programs sectors of Medicare and Medicaid.  

Leon has been the Medicaid Plan President for Anthem BCBS in Kentucky for the past four years.  Prior to coming to the Kentucky plan Leon was the president for the Anthem Medicaid plan in Wisconsin.  

Leon has expertise and a proven track record in developing and implementing effective population health management and health equity programs, marketing strategies, developing and launching health care and health insurance products, leading start-up and turn-around operations to profitably grow and achieve nationally recognized quality.
